Sania Nasir, IBA Sukkur (5th). PCE invited filmmaking and academia students across Pakistan to capture the country's primary-education issues in one-minute films. The top five — judged on content, creativity, imagery, story, and technical quality — were screened at PCE's 6th Annual Convention on 30 December 2015.
