On 8 November, in honour of Teachers' Day, PCE convened a panel of experts to examine the challenges teachers face inside Pakistan's fragmented education system. The discussion focused on the economic, rural–urban, linguistic, and gender-based disparities that shape the quality of teacher training and teachers' access to resources.

The webinar closed with a set of recommendations for narrowing those divides and better supporting teachers, underscoring the case for systemic reform rather than piecemeal fixes.
