With the Pakistan Girl Guides Association (PGGA) ICT Chapter, PCE ran a two-day life-skills training for over 120 adolescent girls from diverse backgrounds. Day one, led by Urwa Naeem (Program Coordinator, PCE) and Areebah Shahid (Executive Director, Pakistan Youth Change Advocates), focused on personal assets and resilience. Day two, led by Urwa Naeem and Zehra Arshad, turned to emotional intelligence and regulation, wellbeing, solidarity, and leadership.

The sessions were interactive, participatory, and deeply personal, full of stories of adversity and resilience, of tears and laughter, and of moments where girls realised they were not alone in their struggles. It was, in the end, as much about solidarity as skills.
