In collaboration with the Workers Education & Research Organization (WERO), NOWPDP, and AzCorp Comics, PCE organised a roundtable in Karachi with key parliamentarians, standing-committee members, policymakers, civil society representatives, and education experts on Progress & Challenges to Achieve RTE and SDG-4 in Times of COVID-19. Its purpose was to create an interface between the education bureaucracy, legislators, and civil society on the implementation of Article 25-A, education financing, and the state of girls' and inclusive education since the outbreak of COVID-19, with a particular focus on girls' education across the individual provinces and an overall review of where it stood nationally.

The discussion mobilised elected representatives to uphold their political commitments on education and to join in carrying citizens' voices on RTE, financing, equity, and inclusion into their assemblies. It closed with a concrete win: Members of the Provincial Assembly in Sindh pledged to work toward making learning models more effective and inclusive.
