The 2015 edition of ‘Do Schools Get Money?’ tracked school council grants across 24 districts, in one of PCE’s most extensive coalition fieldwork efforts. Implemented with a network of member organisations, it relied on enumerators and field surveyors reaching far-flung areas, working alongside government school teachers to gather data on how grants flow to schools. The study exemplifies PCE’s distinctive model: national research powered by grassroots members.
