Ahead of Pakistan’s 2018 general elections, PCE convened parliamentarians, political parties, academics, journalists, and civil society to demand time-bound education commitments in party manifestos. Reflecting on the unmet promises of 2013, PCE developed a minimum common education agenda—endorsed across the political spectrum as well as by civil society and media—to hold the next government accountable for education reform.
