WORK

Youth Agency, Inclusion & Engagement

This theme is about treating young people as people who help shape education policy, not just as the ones it affects. It means helping them build the skills to lead, giving them real platforms to be heard, and letting them influence the decisions that shape their lives, instead of asking their opinion only after the real choices are made. For PCE, this is both the right thing to do and the smart thing: the young people living inside the system understand it best.

It matters because Pakistan is one of the youngest countries in the world. Most people are under 30, yet young people are almost never in the room when education decisions are made. A population this young can be a huge advantage or a serious problem, and which one it becomes depends on whether the country invests in these young people and listens to them now. Our work puts youth at the centre of the movement.
