Change Story: Making Education a Top Priority Agenda in Elections 2024 |
|
Mobilizing political support is crucial to instigate fundamental structural reforms in the education system. Pakistan Coalition for Education – a flagship of the Society for Access to Quality Education took the general elections coming in February 2024, as an opportunity to leverage the active political landscape and planned the ‘Vote for Safe Education’ campaign with a consortium of like-minded organizations. Italian ambassador starts radio education for out-of-school children in Pakistan |
|
The Italian Ambassador to Pakistan, Marilina Armellin, has taken the initiative to educate out-of-school children in Pakistan through Interactive Radio Instruction (IRI). She has initiated a programme to highlight the benefits of enrolment and education through radio broadcasts. This initiative will also help in sharing practical information on sustainable development practices for schools. |
