Right to Education Index

February 22, 2019

Pakistan Coalition for Education in collaboration with RESULTS Educational Fund, formulated RTEI 2018, which is a global index built out of the international right to education framework to track national progress towards the fulfillment of right to education in a country. The index uses a survey of close-ended questions answered with supporting documentation to substantiate national satisfaction of the right to education. Each question is based in one or several international human rights instruments, namely United Nations legally binding international conventions.
